Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging DevLQ for web design and development services, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all projects, proposals, and engagements between you ("Client") and DevLQ ("Agency").

2. Services

DevLQ provides web design, development, UI/UX, branding, e-commerce, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals. Each project scope is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Payment Terms

• Projects are invoiced in milestones as specified in the project proposal
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance
• Work pauses on overdue accounts after 14 days
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of final payment

4. Project Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate briefs, content, and brand assets in a timely manner
• Designating a single point of contact for approvals
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Providing any required third-party access (hosting, domain, CMS)

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all final custom-designed deliverables created for the project. DevLQ retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Warranties & Liability

DevLQ warrants that deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. The Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
