Monalisa Samantaray founded DevLQ in 2026 on a conviction that has become its north star: a business's digital presence should perform as hard as the team behind it. Growing up in Bhubaneswar, she watched talented local entrepreneurs struggle to compete online — not because their products were inferior, but because their websites failed to tell their story with the clarity and confidence it deserved.

She turned that frustration into a company. After years of hands-on work across brand identity, UI/UX design, and full-stack development, she launched DevLQ on three uncompromising commitments: speed, craft, and results.
