Our pricing starts at ₹6,750 for the Launch package (5-page conversion website, Figma designs, mobile responsive, technical SEO, 2 revision rounds, 30-day support). The Growth/Scale package starts at ₹8,499 (10-page site, full design system, Next.js build, Lighthouse 100, analytics and CRO setup, brand identity, 90-day support). Enterprise projects — SaaS platforms, AI integrations, large e-commerce builds — start from ₹12,499 and are scoped individually.
We also work with international clients invoiced in USD, GBP, or AED. All pricing is fixed-scope and quoted upfront — no hourly billing, no surprises.
We operate on fixed-scope, project-based pricing exclusively. You know the exact cost before we begin — no time tracking, no surprise invoices, no scope-creep billing. For ongoing work (retainers, CRO sprints, monthly maintenance), we offer fixed monthly packages rather than hourly rates.
No hidden fees — ever. Your quoted price covers: discovery and strategy, all Figma designs, development and QA, initial deployment, and the specified revision rounds and support period.
Items not included in the base price (and communicated upfront): domain registration (~₹999–₹2,499/year, managed by you), hosting fees (Vercel Pro ~$20/month or equivalent), third-party software subscriptions (e.g., Shopify plans, CMS platforms), and licensed typefaces or premium stock assets. Any scope change after sign-off is quoted separately before proceeding.
Standard projects use a 50/50 split: 50% deposit to begin work, and 50% on final delivery before the site goes live. For larger projects (₹2L+), we can structure a 3-milestone payment schedule tied to project phases. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), PayPal, Wise, and major cards for international clients.
You can submit a project brief via our contact form and we will provide a ballpark range within 24 hours. For an accurate, fixed-scope proposal, an initial 30-minute consultation is recommended. It protects both sides — we can quote with confidence, and you know exactly what you are getting with no ambiguity.
Yes. Early-stage startups (pre-seed or seed stage) may be eligible for a 15–20% discount. We selectively offer reduced rates for verified non-profits with genuine social impact. Reach out and tell us about your organisation — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
Yes — 60% of our clients are outside India. We have active clients in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, and 11 other countries. We invoice in INR, USD, GBP, or AED depending on your preference. Payments accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise.
For projects over ₹1,00,000 we can discuss a milestone-based payment structure tied to project phases. We want the right clients to be able to access our work regardless of cash-flow timing. Mention it when you reach out and we will find an arrangement that works.
Our process runs in 4 phases:
Our standard delivery timeline from design sign-off to live site is 2-3 days. Here's a more complete picture by project type:
Timeline begins once the project is kicked off (deposit paid, brief finalised). Client delays — late content delivery or revision approvals — may extend these timelines.
To kick off your project we typically need:
Don't have everything? We can start with what you have and fill gaps as we go. A missing logo or incomplete copy is not a blocker.
Yes — same-day and next-day delivery is available for time-sensitive projects on smaller scopes. A rush surcharge of 25–35% applies to account for re-prioritisation of the schedule. Mention your hard deadline during discovery and we will confirm feasibility immediately.
We set up a dedicated communication channel — Slack workspace or WhatsApp group, your choice — for daily check-ins. Formal reviews and design approvals happen over email or a shared document. For larger projects, we provide a live Notion project tracker so you always know exactly where we are.
Yes. Every project receives a private staging URL (e.g., your-project.vercel.app) where you review and test the full build before it goes live on your production domain. You see exactly what users will see. We resolve all issues before the official launch date.
Our discovery process is specifically designed to prevent this — we define aesthetic direction, reference sites, and brand personality before opening Figma. However, if after seeing initial designs you want a completely different creative direction, we offer one full creative re-direction at no charge before development begins. Substantial redesign requests after that are quoted as change orders.
If you request features or pages outside the agreed scope, we flag it immediately and provide a separate change-order quote before doing any additional work. We never bill for scope additions without explicit written approval. This protects both sides and keeps the project financially predictable throughout.
Core hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm IST. We monitor communications on weekends for urgent matters and respond to critical launch-day issues seven days a week. Rush weekend work is available for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.
Our primary stack is Next.js 15, React, and TypeScript — deployed to Vercel's edge network for sub-second global performance. For content management we use Sanity CMS or Contentful. For e-commerce, Shopify or WooCommerce. For databases and authentication, Supabase or Firebase. Payments via Stripe or Razorpay.
We are stack-flexible. If you have existing infrastructure (AWS, Netlify, a specific CMS or framework), we can work within it and advise on the best approach.
Yes — all our sites include a CMS (Sanity by default) so your team can edit text, images, blog posts, and page sections without touching code. We provide a 1-hour CMS training session on handover and written documentation your team can reference ongoing. Non-technical editors can manage content comfortably within a week.
We can work with WordPress but we generally do not recommend it for new builds due to its security vulnerabilities, performance limitations, and growing plugin complexity. Modern frameworks like Next.js deliver dramatically better performance, security, and developer experience. If you have an existing WordPress site that you need improved without migrating, we can work with it. We will always be honest about the tradeoffs.
Google Lighthouse is an automated audit tool that scores websites on Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO — each out of 100. A perfect 100/100 score means your site loads blazing fast, is fully accessible, follows all web standards, and is technically optimised for search.
Why it matters for your business: A 1-second load delay costs approximately 7% in conversions. Lighthouse 100 sites also rank better in Google search results. It is our non-negotiable baseline on every build — not a bonus feature.
Yes — we manage full deployment including domain DNS configuration, SSL certificate setup, CDN configuration, and performance optimisation. We deploy to Vercel (preferred), Netlify, or AWS. Hosting costs (Vercel Pro ~$20/month) and domain registration (~₹999–₹2,499/year) are billed directly to you so you retain full ownership and control.
Yes. Common integrations we handle regularly:
If it has an API, we can integrate it. Mention your existing stack during discovery.
All design work is done in Figma — the industry standard for UI/UX. You receive full access to the Figma file on project completion, including all components, variants, and design tokens. For motion design we use After Effects and Lottie. For 3D elements, Blender and Three.js where appropriate.
Revision rounds are clearly defined per package:
A revision round means a consolidated set of changes submitted together — not individual changes one at a time. We ask you to batch feedback so the project moves efficiently and the final result reflects all input simultaneously.
After launch we:
Any bug that existed at the time of your approval — meaning a defect in our work — is fixed free of charge within the support window. Issues caused by third-party software updates, client-side CMS changes, or new feature requests after sign-off are treated as separate work orders with transparent pricing.
Yes. Monthly retainer packages cover regular software and dependency updates, security patches, content updates, performance monitoring, A/B testing and CRO sprints, and priority support (4-hour response SLA). Retainers start at ₹18,000/month. Clients on retainer also receive discounted rates on all change requests.
Yes — every project includes a 1-hour CMS handover session via video call where we walk your team through editing content, uploading media, and publishing updates. We also provide written documentation and a short screen-recording walkthrough for future reference.
Our staged approval process — design sign-off before development, staging review before launch — is specifically designed to prevent dissatisfaction at the end. You never see a finished product for the first time at launch. If at any point during the project you feel we are not meeting expectations, communicate it immediately. We would rather fix it than lose your trust.
Yes — design and development changes can be requested at any time. These are quoted as standalone mini-projects with transparent pricing and a typical 2–5 day turnaround for smaller requests. Retainer clients get discounted rates and faster turnaround on all change requests.
All projects include comprehensive technical SEO foundations: semantic HTML structure, meta tags (title, description, Open Graph), schema markup, XML sitemap, robots.txt, canonical URLs, image alt attributes, and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
We do not offer ongoing content-led SEO or link-building as a core service — we are a design and development company, not an SEO agency. For content strategy and link acquisition, we can connect you with trusted specialists. Our technical foundation gives you the best possible starting point.
Core Web Vitals are Google's official page experience signals used in rankings:
All DevLQ projects are optimised to pass all Core Web Vitals with green scores on launch.
Yes — Growth and Enterprise packages include Google Analytics 4 setup with conversion event tracking (form submissions, CTA clicks, scroll depth, and custom events relevant to your goals). We also set up Google Search Console and submit your sitemap for indexing. For e-commerce projects, full revenue attribution tracking is configured.
Mobile-first is our default approach. We design for mobile, tablet, and desktop from the first Figma frame. We QA across iPhone SE through iPhone 15 Pro Max, major Android devices, iPad Mini and iPad Pro, and 13–27" desktop screens. Browsers tested: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Our 3.8× average conversion lift comes from a systematic methodology:
Yes — A/B testing is part of our post-launch growth service, offered as part of a monthly CRO retainer. We test headline variations, CTA copy, form layouts, page structure, and pricing presentation using VWO or Google's experimentation tools. You get data-backed decisions, not design opinions.
A Lighthouse 100 website with proper technical SEO is an excellent foundation for ranking. But ranking in competitive search results also depends on domain authority, content quality, backlinks, and keyword competition — factors that require ongoing content investment beyond the website build itself. We give you the best possible technical starting point. Ranking on top requires an ongoing content and authority strategy.
You own everything — 100%. Upon final payment, full ownership of the design files (Figma), source code (GitHub repository), and all content transfers to you. DevLQ retains zero IP rights over your website. You can take the files and work with any developer or agency in the future. There are no lock-in clauses.
Yes — we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any discovery conversation if your project involves proprietary technology, pre-launch products, or sensitive business data. Mention it when you reach out and we will have it signed before the call.
We may add a small, tasteful credit in the footer — which you can request to remove at any time at no cost. Enterprise clients receive no attribution by default. We never add intrusive branding or anything that detracts from your user experience.
We ask for explicit permission before showcasing any client work. If you are pre-launch, in stealth, or simply prefer to remain private, we fully respect that and will not feature your project in any public communication. For clients who grant permission, we may include a case study or screenshot with your approval.
You receive full access to all files at project completion — Figma designs, source code on GitHub, all assets and credentials. DevLQ retains working copies for support purposes for 12 months. After that period, copies are deleted from our systems unless you request otherwise. Your business continuity is never dependent on us.
We use licensed and royalty-free assets only. Photography is sourced from Unsplash, Pexels, or licensed stock libraries. Fonts are either Google Fonts (free and open-source) or licensed typefaces (cost disclosed upfront). You receive full documentation of all third-party assets and their license types with final delivery.
We work best with clients who:
We are not the right fit for clients who want the cheapest option, need a one-page site in 2 days, or expect to micromanage every pixel against a brief they change weekly.
We design our process to be respectful of your time. You will typically need to be available for:
Between touchpoints, we run independently. Most clients invest 3–5 hours of their own time across a standard project.
Yes — conversion copywriting is available as an add-on. We write homepage copy, service pages, about pages, and meta descriptions using proven conversion frameworks. Copy add-on pricing is typically ₹15,000–₹35,000 depending on page count and complexity. Good copy combined with strong design is what drives the 3.8× average lift — we recommend it.
Yes — we offer white-label development and design services for agencies who need to scale capacity. We work under your brand, maintain strict confidentiality, and deliver production-ready work. White-label pricing is available on request. Reach out with your agency's typical project scope and volume.
Yes — we handle agency transitions regularly. Whether you are migrating from a previous developer, moving from a website builder (Wix, Squarespace, Webflow), or inheriting a project that stalled, we can assess existing code and designs and recommend the best path. We will always give you an honest assessment of what is worth keeping versus rebuilding.
